xbajii Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the xbajii platform. By registering an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the xbajii platform and all services under it. xbajii ("we", "our") is an online betting and casino service provider that operates for users based in Bangladesh.

By accessing this website, creating an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

xbajii reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change means you have accepted the revised terms.

These terms are written in Bengali and will be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use services on xbajii, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must open the account in your own name and of your own free will.
  • You must be mentally capable and legally competent to enter into a contract.
  • Each user may hold only one account.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and current.

2.2 Registration Process

At the time of registration, you must provide a valid email address, mobile number, and password. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Providing false information may result in the account being cancelled at any time and the balance being forfeited.

3. Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

xbajii strictly prohibits use of the platform by anyone under 21 years of age. Any of the following documents may be requested at any time for account verification:

  • National Identity Card (NID)
  • Passport
  • Birth Registration Certificate (as a supporting document only)

xbajii reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if verification is not completed within the specified time. All documents related to verification are stored securely and confidentially.

We comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

4. Account Management and Security

4.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. Report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account to our support team immediately.

4.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

A person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

4.3 Updating Account Information

If your contact information changes after registration, you must update your account immediately. xbajii will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

5. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into your xbajii account: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposits must be made from your own account only — using third-party funds is prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals generally take 15 minutes to 2 hours, but may be delayed if a verification process is ongoing. Withdrawals can only be made to the verified method used at the time of deposit.

  • Full account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals will not be processed if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
  • xbajii reserves the right to verify any withdrawal request.
  • Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in the event of suspicious activity.

5.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If a transaction is completed in another currency, a conversion rate will apply and the conversion charges must be borne by the user.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳8,000 or more will give a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 for a total balance of ৳13,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means you must wager 20 times the total bonus amount before the bonus can be withdrawn. It is not possible to withdraw bonus funds before the wagering requirement is completed.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each user will receive the welcome bonus only once.
  • Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household, device, or IP address is prohibited.
  • Bonuses may apply only to specific games or categories — please read the terms of each offer separately.
  • xbajii reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • If bonus misuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
  • Each promotion has a specific validity period — the bonus will be cancelled after the period ends.

6.4 VIP Program

xbajii offers three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Higher tiers can be reached through regular play, and weekly cashback benefits are available: up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.7% for Silver, and up to 1.0% weekly cashback for Gold. Detailed terms for VIP benefits apply separately.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Rules for Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If any bet is accepted in error due to a technical fault, xbajii reserves the right to cancel it.

7.2 Odds and Payouts

All odds are determined by xbajii and may change at any time. If an event is cancelled or suspended, the applicable rules for the related bet will apply.

7.3 Casino and Slot Games

Results in casino games and slots are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures fairness. The specific rules for each game can be found within the game itself.

7.4 Live Casino

If a disconnection occurs during a live casino game due to a technical issue, the result of that round will be determined according to the server log. xbajii is not responsible for any loss caused by network issues.

8. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

  • Gaining an advantage in games or betting through fraudulent or illegal methods.
  • Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated method.
  • Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
  • Bonus misuse or gaining advantages through multiple accounts.
  • Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
  • Harassing, threatening, or disrespecting other users.
  • Using third-party payment accounts.

9. Responsible Gaming

11.2 Closure by the User

12. Limitation of Liability

xbajii accepts no liability for the following:

  • Loss caused by internet connection issues or technical failures.
  • Loss caused by faults in third-party software or game providers.
  • Unauthorized access to a user's account due to the user's own negligence.
  • Conflict with the user's local laws.
  • Force majeure situations (natural disasters, pandemics, war, etc.).

13. Dispute Resolution
